JobPics ("JobPics," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Missouri, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the jobpics.app website and the JobPics app, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using JobPics, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication details through our authentication provider, Supabase. If you sign in with a Google or Apple account, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from that provider.
• Content you create. Photos, job notes, client names, and other information you upload or enter while using JobPics to document your work.
• Waitlist and contact info. If you join our waitlist or email us, we collect your email address and the contents of your message.
• Usage and device data. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site and app secure and working correctly.
• Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2. How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and authenticate you.
• To provide the core functionality of JobPics — storing, organizing, and displaying your job photos and client records.
• To respond to support requests and other communications.
• To send product updates or waitlist notifications, if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To monitor, secure, and improve the app and website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your job photos for advertising or marketing without your consent.

3. How we store and share information

Your data is stored with Supabase, our database, authentication, and file-storage provider. We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

• With service providers who help us operate JobPics (e.g. hosting and infrastructure), under obligations to protect your data;
• If required by law, subpoena, or legal process;
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of JobPics, our users, or others;
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

4. Data retention

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information and uploaded content within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it for legal or security reasons.

5. Your rights and choices

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from the Account page, or by emailing us at hello@puteslabs.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the CCPA or GDPR, including the right to request a copy of your data or object to certain processing. Contact us and we'll respond promptly.

6. Children

JobPics is a business tool intended for service professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
