JobPics is owned and operated by LovaLabs LLC ("JobPics," "LovaLabs," "we," "us," or "our").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the JobPics mobile application, the jobpics.app website, and related JobPics services.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use JobPics, we may collect the following information:

Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

• Your name
• Email address
• Profile photo
• Login and authentication information

If you sign in using Google or Apple, we receive the information you allow that provider to share with us.

Content You Upload

JobPics allows users to document and manage their work. We may store content you upload or enter, including:

• Before-and-after photos
• Job photos
• Job notes and descriptions
• Client or customer names
• Job locations
• Appointment or project information
• Other information you choose to add

You are responsible for making sure you have permission to upload photos or information involving another person, customer, property, or business.

Device and Usage Information

We may automatically collect basic technical information, such as:

• IP address
• Device type
• Operating system
• App version
• Features used
• Crash reports
• Error logs
• General app and website activity

This information helps us operate, secure, and improve JobPics.

Camera and Photo Access

JobPics may request access to your camera and photo library so you can take, upload, organize, and store job photos.

We only access these features after you grant permission. You can change these permissions through your device settings.

Purchases and Subscriptions

If JobPics offers paid features or subscriptions, payments may be processed through Apple, Google, or another payment provider.

We may receive basic transaction details, such as your subscription status, purchase date, product purchased, and renewal date. We do not normally receive or store your complete debit or credit card number.

2. How We Use Information

We may use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide JobPics features
• Store and organize your job photos and information
• Sync content between devices
• Process subscriptions and purchases
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the app and website
• Fix errors and technical problems
• Protect JobPics against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Send important account, security, or service updates
• Comply with legal obligations

We will not use your private job photos in advertising without your permission.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate JobPics, including providers for:

• Account authentication
• Cloud hosting and storage
• Database services
• Payment and subscription processing
• Email delivery
• App performance and crash reporting
• Customer support

These providers may only access information as needed to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law or a valid legal request
• Investigate fraud, abuse, or security problems
• Protect the rights and safety of LovaLabs, our users, or others
• Enforce our policies
• Complete a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of JobPics or LovaLabs

LovaLabs does not sell your personal information for money.

4. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no app, website, database, or online storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials private.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide JobPics
• Maintain your account
• Complete transactions
• Resolve support issues
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Meet legal, accounting, or security requirements

When information is no longer needed, we may delete or anonymize it.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in secured backups before those backups are automatically replaced.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your JobPics account directly inside the app by going to your account settings and selecting the Delete Account option.

Deleting your account will permanently remove your JobPics account and associated data, including uploaded photos, job details, notes, and other content, except for information we may need to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, or accounting purposes.

Account deletion cannot be undone after it has been completed.

Deleting the JobPics app from your device does not delete your account. You must use the Delete Account option inside the app.

Deleting your account may not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Apple or Google. You must cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to purchase it.

7. Your Choices

You may:

• Update certain account information
• Change camera and photo permissions
• Disable notifications
• Delete photos or job information
• Request access to your personal information
• Request correction or deletion of your information
• Delete your account directly inside the app

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

JobPics is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to JobPics, contact us at hello@lovalabs.net, and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

9. Third-Party Services

JobPics may connect to or use services operated by third parties, such as Apple, Google, authentication providers, cloud-storage providers, or payment processors.

Those companies have their own privacy policies and are responsible for information they independently collect or process.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when JobPics changes or when legal requirements change.

When we update the policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also provide notice through the app, website, or email.
